Fort I/4 "Maruszka Las"

It is a twin fort to fort I/3 "Pleszowice". It was built on a trapezium plan and was completed in 1886. There was a moat which was defended by three capioners. The fort was equipped with, among others, ammunition lifts and a two-storey barracks. Battle stations were placed on the ramparts of the fort, and were separated by two emergency shelters in the cross members. The fort is located in Ukraine.
